1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbeje platform and its associated services. By accessing the xbeje.lat website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

xbeje operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

The most recently updated version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use xbeje's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

3 Account Registration

The following applies when creating an account on the xbeje platform:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. xbeje reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You should not share your password with anyone else. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3.4 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change, update them in your account or notify the support team. xbeje will not be held responsible for any transaction issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

• Each account will be linked to one mobile number or email address.
• A national identity card or other identity document may be requested for verification.
• After creating an account, you are advised to change your password for security purposes.
• If suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The xbeje platform currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special circumstances where verification is required, this may take a little longer.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification.
• It is recommended that the mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals be the same.
• If a transaction fails for any reason, please contact support to get your money back.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

New members at xbeje receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit as a welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x, which applies only to the bonus amount.

5.1 Bonus Example

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus (total ৳11,000).

5.2 Wagering Calculation

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Playing certain games with bonus funds may be restricted.
• If there is evidence that a bonus has been misused, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Direct withdrawal from a bonus is not possible — the conditions must be met first.

The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, and Gold — up to 1.2%. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Betting Rules

The xbeje platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as slots and live casino games.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, xbeje will provide a reasonable resolution.
• If there is any attempt to deliberately exploit a system error, the account will be closed.
• Game results are determined by controlled software and are impartial.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, market descriptions and terms are governed by the rules specific to each market. Odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time the bet is accepted are considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using software from certified game providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and the principle of fair play is followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbeje platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Harassing or acting dishonestly toward other players.
• Using automated bots or software for betting.
• Collusion — gaining an advantage by coordinating with other players.
• Attempting to complete account verification using false information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.

We use advanced security technology to identify suspicious activity. xbeje reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation if any unusual activity is detected.

8 Limitation of Liability

xbeje is committed to providing service as a safe and reliable platform. However, xbeje's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a device issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• If the service is unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue or scheduled server maintenance.
• If a user discloses their account password to someone else.
• If loss occurs due to malware or a security risk on the user's own device.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

xbeje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If an investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Reasons for Permanent Closure

• If involvement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7 is established.
• If operating an account under a false identity is proven.
• If age verification fails (under 21).
• If suspicion of money laundering is proven.

9.3 Closure at User's Request

You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance. The option to take a temporary break or self-exclude is also available as part of responsible gaming.
